As a photographer, I always find ample opportunity to volunteer my skills and time. And, those volunteer efforts always warm my heart. Today, I was invited to help photograph the happenings at the extreme makeover home site here in Indianapolis. What a fun, although a bit cold, time I had!
He quickly informed me that calling him cutiepie, sweetie or any other term of indearment was really NOT OK. Then when j-boy slipped out, he paused. ”J-boy…that’s OK….or how about….super J!”

Winter just so happened to be one WARM day. So after the library we took a short walk as well! Lots of running, and snuggling and secrets and laughing.

One of my favorite families met me at their nearby library. It’s a place they visit often, especially in the winter. This year we are doing a documentary plan celebrating the 4 season. We started out at the pumpkin patch in the fall, got comfy in the library for winter, and now spring is on the way. I wonder where you’ll find us next!

And, I just love how babies suck their fingers and even better when they say “i love you” back. :)
This family was especially excited with their baby born to find out she was a girl.
This baby girl is the third for their family and she is going to be protected, cuddled and boss around by her two older brothers!
And, is everyone else as excited as me that SPRING is on the way!?!
